Is posting jobs really free?+
Yes. Verified international schools post unlimited job listings for free. No credit card, no limit on how many positions you list, no catch.
So what am I paying for?+
Featuring. A featured listing gets a badge and sits above the standard listings for 30 days. That is the only thing we charge for.
Who can create a school account?+
Any international or private school. You register with an official school email address (like hr@yourschool.edu.hk) that matches your school website. Personal Gmail and Outlook addresses are rejected, which is what keeps the board free of junk postings.
How long until my listing goes live?+
We read every listing before publishing it. We are a small operation, so it is usually the same day, but we do not promise a fixed turnaround. You get an email the moment it goes live.
How long do listings stay active?+
Each listing stays live for 60 days. We email you 7 days before it expires, and if the position is still open you can re-post it for free.
Do featured credits expire?+
No. Buy a pack now, use the credits whenever you are hiring. Each credit features one listing for 30 days.
Is this a subscription?+
No. Every pack is a one-time payment. Nothing renews and there is nothing to cancel.
Can I edit my listing after posting?+
Yes. Update the description any time from your dashboard, and take listings down the moment a position is filled.
